Bruce Braley has been fighting to expand Iowa’s new renewable energy economy by investing in renewable energy education, technology, research, and development. 

Rep. Braley wrote language in the Farm Bill to create a renewable energy workforce training program—to prepare Iowans for new jobs in the renewable energy industry.  Braley has also worked to boost incentives for investment in wind energy technology.
